Year-round opportunities designed to help players develop skill, confidence, and compete level
Designed to help players improve skating, puck skills, shooting, passing, and hockey IQ through high-tempo, game-relevant training. Athletes receive quality repetitions and instruction in a positive, competitive environment.
Elite Development
Position-specific training focused on the unique skills required to play defense. Sessions emphasize skating, gap control, puck retrievals, breakout execution, defensive awareness, and confidence with the puck.
Defence Development
Pro / Junior Skate
High-intensity skates designed for advanced athletes preparing for the upcoming season. Sessions focus on pace, conditioning, skill execution, and game readiness.
A fast-paced environment that maximizes puck touches, creativity, decision-making, and compete level through small-area competition and game play.

Cole Jarrett is a former professional hockey player whose career included time in the NHL, AHL, major junior hockey, and professional leagues throughout Europe and Asia. Through CJ Hockey, he is committed to helping athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and reach their full potential in a positive and challenging environment.
